This year, we were inspired by the outstanding submissions we received across three categories of excellence: Transformation, Innovation, and Visionary. Each nominee made our panel of judges’ job incredibly challenging, but after much deliberation, they selected three winners who truly exemplify each area of excellence.
Transformation Excellence Award Winner – New York Life Insurance Company
This award recognizes customers who have successfully improved business outcomes internally and who have pushed the limit to exceed their business demands with the help of Axway solutions.
Using Managed File Transfer, this year’s transformation award winner implemented an innovative, self-service MFT user experience that cut the partner onboarding process from a few weeks to just a few hours with a single click. This company overcame inefficiencies of using unmanaged and ad-hoc methods to automate 90% of manual and repetitive tasks during the capture process. This winner knows how to protect what matters most.

Innovation Excellence Award Winner – Alaska Airlines
The award for Innovation Excellence honors Axway customers who have reset the bar in delivering exciting, unified, and captivating customer experiences to achieve business and customer growth with the help of Axway solutions.
This year’s innovation excellence award winner showed us all how to fly high with their innovative approach to file management streamlining. Using Axway MFT, the company makes their IT departments and technology users more efficient and secure by retransmitting valuable data faster, doing away with manual interventions to save time, and verifying completed transfers.

Visionary Excellence Award Winner – Cencora
The award for Visionary Excellence celebrates customers who have harnessed the power of data and technology to achieve remarkable results, all while maintaining a focus on visionary thinking. It underscores the importance of data and technological innovation – showcasing organizations that inspire the future of business.
This year’s winner processes over a million messages every weekday with Axway’s B2Bi. Using a security roadmap laid out by Axway, the company can see vulnerabilities ahead of time to navigate a myriad of complexity and inbound/outbound messages and process 4 times the load – helping to strengthen security in the American healthcare supply chain industry.
